Customer Charter

A Plus Driving School will:

  • Provide training aids and help to guide you through your theory test free of charge.
  • Design a course of practical training to match your specific needs from the first lesson through to your practical test moving on to motorway training and pass plus.
  • Provide relevant feedback during and a conclusion at the end of the lesson.
  • Record your development on a track record system.
  • Monitor progress and recommend the appropriate time to apply for your practical driving test or reschedule a practical driving test appointment.
  • Provide training on a one to one basis with no other learner in the car.
  • Always conduct myself in a professional manner whilst also having the authority to refuse or end a lesson early, will abide by the law and not discriminate against any learner
  • Provide a presentable fully maintained dual controlled modern car on every lesson.
  • No smoking in the vehicle – ever!
  • Always endeavour to be on time at the agreed meeting point and be available for the duration of the lesson subject to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.
  • Always endeavour to give 48 hours notice should a lesson need to be rescheduled subject to circumstances beyond my control.
  • Respond professionally to any worries or issues which you may have and try to resolve them to your satisfaction

I expect that customers will:

  • Return any training books or CD’s borrowed once theory / practical tests are passed.
  • Give 48 hours notice, should a lesson need to be cancelled otherwise the lesson fee may be charged.
